Ryan Day is a highly respected and successful figure in American college football, best known for his role as the head coach of the Ohio State University Buckeyes. Born on March 12, 1979, in Manchester, New Hampshire, Day’s football journey began as a quarterback at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating, he transitioned into coaching, starting as a graduate assistant at Boston College. His career quickly advanced, with coaching roles at Temple, Boston College, and the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL.

In 2017, Day joined Ohio State as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, where he immediately made an impact. In 2018, Day was promoted to head coach following Urban Meyer’s retirement.
